Prayer Request from Bobi and Gabi

Dear friend, Happy 4th of July! This period I read from the book of Acts and I am very encouraged by the boldness of the apostles in chapter 4. I want to share with you this wonderful prayer of the Christ disciples (4:24-30) that occurs after the bold preaching of Peter and John and their even more courageous response in verses 19 and 20 of the same chapter. This is very important for every believer, to talk boldly about Christ and not to be afraid of persecution. Persecutions will certainly happen, but God will give courage to be bold in preaching the gospel. This is one of our prayer need before the very beginning of the evangelistic camp, to be bold in sharing the gospel! Please pray for our Speak Out English Camp that starts on July 9th till July 27th. We expect 120 unbelieving students to come. The tutors coming from USA will teach English and at the same time they will share the gospel with the campers. The other part of the camp is intended for the staff and the students volunteers. This year 8 staff and 11 students will be involved in intensive evangelism and teachings on the theme of Spiritual Leadership. We would appreciate your prayers and financial support for this project. Please have us in your prayers and if God is leading you to give a special gift for this project it will be a huge blessing to our family. Pray for Gabi, Luka, Philip and Adelina so that we can plan our time well during this project. This summer we are the only ones with young children at Speak Out and we need wisdom how to include the kids in the intensive schedule. Acts 4: 24-30 When they heard this, they raised their voices together in prayer to God. “Sovereign Lord,” they said, “you made the heavens and the earth and the sea, and everything in them. You spoke by the Holy Spirit through the mouth of your servant, our father David: “‘Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the Lord and against his anointed one. Indeed Herod and Pontius Pilate met together with the Gentiles and the people of Israel in this city to conspire against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed. They did what your power and will had decided beforehand should happen. Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness.
